One of the more common problems a new website owner has is setting up their e-mail accounts to work with Outlook Express or Windows Mail as it is now known.
Hopefully this short tutorial will have you up and running in no time at all. However if you are still having problems please don’t hesitate to contact the Graphic Assembly as we are always ready to help.

STEP 1: Open Outlook Express or Windows Mail as it is now known on Vista.
STEP 2: Click TOOLS then ACCOUNTS in the drop down menu.
STEP 3: Click ADD then select EMail Account from the options available.
STEP 4: Enter a Display name in the text box provided. A display name is a name you would like other people to see when you send them an email. Once done click Next.
STEP 5: Enter the email address of your mailbox and click Next.
STEP 6: Select POP3 as your incoming mail server then enter mail.yourdomainname.co.uk (replacing your domain name.co.uk with your domain name) into the incoming mail server text box.
STEP 7: Enter your Internet Service providers (ISP's) SMTP server into the text box, then click Next. You can find out your ISP's SMTP server by contacting your Internet Service Provider.
STEP 8: Enter your mailbox email address in the accountname text box, then enter your mailbox password. This is the password you chose when you created your mailbox. Click next then finish and thats it, all done.
